Stridar delivers cutting-edge robotic solutions for large-scale mine clearance. Achieved through a platform approach to hardware with a shared-based design, integrated machine learning, and a unique swarm strategy that collaborates seamlessly with human teams, our solutions redefine efficiency and safety.

 

70 countries and territories are plagued by over 110 million landmines. The impact on economic growth, potential investments, and most crucially, civilian safety is staggering. The problem is growing; each year 100,000 landmines are demined while up to 2,000,000 new mines are laid. One mine clearer is killed and two injured for every 5,000 mines cleared.

Stridar is a group of robotics enthusiasts developing affordable, scalable, and modifiable  unmanned ground vehicles (UGV) for large-scale mine clearance. We believe that it's paramount to defend democracy and the lives of civilians by enabling cutting edge technology for humanitarian use.
